Founded by Peter Nguyen — a qualified automotive technician who studied in Melbourne and honed his craft across several renowned car dealerships — PMA brings that same standard of workmanship to an independent workshop, without the dealership price tag.

No. Under Australian Consumer Law you’re free to service your vehicle at any qualified independent workshop. We perform logbook servicing to the manufacturer’s schedule using correct-specification parts and fluids, and we stamp your logbook — your warranty stays fully intact.
Yes — we provide a free courtesy car to get you to work and back home, plus a shuttle service. We’re also a 5-minute drive from Eastland and 2 minutes from Heatherdale train station. Please request a courtesy car when you book, as availability is limited.
Absolutely. We handle EV service and maintenance, PHEV service and repairs, and we specialise in Tesla and BYD servicing. Our technicians are high-voltage trained and use manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment.
Yes — we’re licensed to carry out VicRoads Roadworthy Certificate inspections. If anything needs rectifying to pass, we’ll quote it clearly and get your approval before any work begins.
We open at 8:00am Monday to Friday for early drop-offs and close at 5:30pm. Saturdays we’re open 8:00am to 3:00pm, and Sunday appointments are available on request.
